We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.
SINTOX® products are made using carefully selected ingredients and may be produced in small batches. Because of the nature of the ingredients used, there may occasionally be minor variations in colour, texture, scent or appearance between batches. These variations do not necessarily indicate a fault with the product.
We aim to keep product descriptions, ingredient information and other information displayed on our website accurate and up to date.
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£).
The price displayed when you place your order is the price you will be charged, subject to correction of any obvious pricing error.
Standard UK delivery is included in the advertised product price.
We believe in simple, transparent pricing, so there are no additional standard UK delivery charges added at checkout.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation.
After placing an order, you should receive an email confirming that we have received it.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed, we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, or we are unable to deliver to the address provided.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
Orders will be dispatched in accordance with the information shown on our Shipping page.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Your rights to cancel, return products and receive refunds are governed by applicable UK consumer law and our Returns Policy.
Because SINTOX® sells personal-care and cosmetic products, the right to return certain products may be affected where goods have been sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes and that seal has been broken after delivery, where this exception is permitted by law.
This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not as described.

Please use products according to the instructions supplied and review the ingredient information before use, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
Avoid contact with the eyes and discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
References to food-compatible ingredients describe the SINTOX® philosophy and approach to ingredient selection. They do not mean that SINTOX® cosmetic products are foods or are intended to be eaten or consumed.
Products containing naturally derived ingredients can respond to changes in temperature.
Please follow any storage instructions supplied with your product.
Minor changes in texture, consistency, colour or appearance resulting from the characteristics of naturally derived ingredients do not necessarily mean that the product is defective.
From time to time, SINTOX® may offer introductory prices, discounts, early-access offers or other promotions.
Promotional offers may be subject to availability, eligibility requirements, promotional periods and any additional conditions displayed alongside the offer.
Where a previous or comparison price is displayed, we aim to ensure that all price comparisons are clear, accurate and comply with applicable UK requirements.
Customers who register for SINTOX® Stick early access may receive the promotional discount described at the time they register, subject to the specific terms of that promotion and product availability when the Stick launches.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
We take reasonable care to ensure that information presented on the SINTOX® website is accurate.
Occasionally, information may contain an error or become outdated.
